Need to start my dieting again

Today im making chicken pot pie
But too salty
Good things is
It is full of veggie and meat

Been a while since im eating clean

Also have lompat tikam, kuih nyonya and half tiramisu for breakfast

2 glass of melon milk
3 glass of milo
Need to drink more plain water

Then i do 1 hr run today
8km
And i feel great

Ok
Challenge start tomorrow
Need to be in good shape before i went to japan
