breakfast: 3in1 coffee (60cal)
lunch: nasi goreng kampung (650 cal)
dinner: Tuna avocado salad (358 cal)
Snack: Noodle snack (237 cal)
Exercise: Run 3km (260 cal)

Total calories: 1061 cal

I still feel hungry after eating my dinner
but managed to calm it down by downing 2l of water

Arinih berbuka makan salad avocado tuna jek
Pastuh rebus telur dua bijik

Tgk plak minggu nih turun tak
Too much carb i guess
Campur ngan tak exercise nya
Adalaa workout sket2
Weight training jek
Tapi aku sekarang nih pemalas sangat
Huhuhu

Now need to cut more carb
More veggie and protein

Im thinking of going back to atkins
Kak wa shows me the fb group for atkins
And i am not really motivated

But after 5 days of fasting, i only lost 1 kg
Not that good though
I think it is because of me eating variety of rice during break fast
And although i think it is not too much
Apparently the carbs loves to stay in my body

So tomorrow i am gonna start my protein cycling
Lets start with break fast with protein shake
And eating roasted chicken

I need to do this for at least one week
Until i see some serious weight loss
I look like a pregger nowadays
And that is not a good sight

The last time i weigh this much is when i got married
After i got married
I lose 30kg
Maybe i am just happy
And being happy makes me not want to eat

But things change now
I need to take serious steps now

Let see how it goes tomorrow

Need to buy few stuff for grocery

Berbuka nanti nak makan nasi and telur and daging masak hitam

Pastuh snacking with nuts, and creme brulee for desert

Lose weight challenge

So i decided to take this ramadhan as my challenge to lose 10 kg
It sounds like a lot but at my current weight
It doesnt sound much

So how i am gonna do it?
1. Eating
I will try to eliminate as much carb as i can
This is crucial
Starch is evil esp for sedentary people like me

Need to limit my caffeine too
I am guilty for fluid intake in form of nescafe, espresso and such

Need more veggie too
I havent touch much veggie when i am at home
Although i love it
But cooking veggie is a challenge to me at home
So i usually end up with salad and lots of dressing


2. Exercise
I have not run for month now
I just dont like running outdoor compared to running on treadmill
Yeah excuses
So i will try to walk after work everyday, just to kill time

I have my before photos taken almost naked today
And i dont like it


So lets hope this gonna work this time

but I need more

i need to watch my calories intake now
only 1200 calories for today on

tomorrow plan
breakfast: toast with egg
lunch: tuna salad
dinner: egg fritata
snack: apple
exercise: run 4km
