Maybe sbb masa posa nih rajin plak makan nasik
And masak lauk2 melayu
Arinih berbuka makan salad avocado tuna jek
Pastuh rebus telur dua bijik
Tgk plak minggu nih turun tak
Too much carb i guess
Campur ngan tak exercise nya
Adalaa workout sket2
Weight training jek
Tapi aku sekarang nih pemalas sangat
Huhuhu
Now need to cut more carb
More veggie and protein
