Im thinking of going back to atkins
Kak wa shows me the fb group for atkins
And i am not really motivated
But after 5 days of fasting, i only lost 1 kg
Not that good though
I think it is because of me eating variety of rice during break fast
And although i think it is not too much
Apparently the carbs loves to stay in my body
So tomorrow i am gonna start my protein cycling
Lets start with break fast with protein shake
And eating roasted chicken
I need to do this for at least one week
Until i see some serious weight loss
I look like a pregger nowadays
And that is not a good sight
The last time i weigh this much is when i got married
After i got married
I lose 30kg
Maybe i am just happy
And being happy makes me not want to eat
But things change now
I need to take serious steps now
Let see how it goes tomorrow
