need to lose weight

i am at 81 kg now,
have lose 4 kg since I come to Japan
but I need more

i need to watch my calories intake now
only 1200 calories for today on

tomorrow plan
breakfast: toast with egg
lunch: tuna salad
dinner: egg fritata
snack: apple
exercise: run 4km

Breakfast: mug of coffee, no food though
Lunch: Fish, rice and soup
Snack: 2 cookies, 1 mug of nescafe
Dinner: will cook Egg foo yong
