still static

induksi - only eat twice a day
no more minum petang and minum pagi
good for my diet

cardio every day for at least 30 min
or 200 cal (usually more)
but now trying to include weight training more regularly
at least three times a week

circuit training

tak suka bila lari tgk cermin
pastuh see myself soooo big on the reflection
