just want to update on my running
almost 60km since i started tracking last April
not too shabby for (still) overweight lady like me!

i've lose 5kg along the way
and need to lose another 5kg
or 10 depending on how i will look like at 65

but i realized one thing
that when i run
thats the only time i feel my minds empty
i didnt think about anything, anyone
just me looking at my reflections
and thought of nothing

need to improve my base
mine is still around 3k
i need to increase that to 5k
and also need to control my pace
im too hasty
making me tired easily

oh also need to do strength BEFORE running
so that i will burn more fat
instead of glucose

so thats it
