Im sad at this moment

I lost a friend to mental illness
He decided to take his own life after battling his own demon
He has been a good brother to me, taking care of me when we were in Intec once upon a time
But he was broken after failing his Alevel and we have lost contact ever since

And when my brother broke the news about him
I feel really disturbed
The fact that he finally succumbed to his illness make me feel helpless
I hope God will have mercy at him as i know that he and his family has suffered for all these years

And somehow i also feel relieved
That finally he was free from his own demon

Ya Allah, i hope he will find you in peace finally

And it has been 3 years since Alin left us
And i miss her

Am leaving athens for istanbuk tonight
But as the metro is currently paralyzed due to strike
I have to take bus in Syntagma Sq in order to go to airport
Hope that my journey will goes well

I heart athens
It is refreshing to be out from Japan
And this place has so much to offer
The street is literally filled with music just like in the movie
Pusing kiri dengar lagu ala2 Godfather
Pusing kanan dgr org main spanish guitar
Xyah susah2 pasang earphone
And the people is also amazing
I have good time eating the kalamarakia and grilled octopus
And drinking the cold frappe


But the weather is such a torture
The heat is crazy
I was red like a lobster on my first day here

And Athens ppl, like their God Zeus, Poseidon and such, is just delicious
Cuci mata kejap

breakfast: 3in1 coffee (60cal)
lunch: nasi goreng kampung (650 cal)
dinner: Tuna avocado salad (358 cal)
Snack: Noodle snack (237 cal)
Exercise: Run 3km (260 cal)

Total calories: 1061 cal

I still feel hungry after eating my dinner
but managed to calm it down by downing 2l of water

Maybe sbb masa posa nih rajin plak makan nasik
And masak lauk2 melayu

Arinih berbuka makan salad avocado tuna jek
Pastuh rebus telur dua bijik

Tgk plak minggu nih turun tak
Too much carb i guess
Campur ngan tak exercise nya
Adalaa workout sket2
Weight training jek
Tapi aku sekarang nih pemalas sangat
Huhuhu

Now need to cut more carb
More veggie and protein

Im thinking of going back to atkins
Kak wa shows me the fb group for atkins
And i am not really motivated

But after 5 days of fasting, i only lost 1 kg
Not that good though
I think it is because of me eating variety of rice during break fast
And although i think it is not too much
Apparently the carbs loves to stay in my body

So tomorrow i am gonna start my protein cycling
Lets start with break fast with protein shake
And eating roasted chicken

I need to do this for at least one week
Until i see some serious weight loss
I look like a pregger nowadays
And that is not a good sight

The last time i weigh this much is when i got married
After i got married
I lose 30kg
Maybe i am just happy
And being happy makes me not want to eat

But things change now
I need to take serious steps now

Let see how it goes tomorrow
